POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
Cashier (part-time)
We are looking for a part-time Cashier who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality. Our Cashier’s focus is to achieve a best in class customer experience that exceeds our customer’s expectations time and time again. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, displays a positive attitude and has great attention to detail.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting customers and conducting transactions
• Operates registers, scanners, credit card/debit card terminals and fuel consoles safely and efficiently
• Performs basic math functions to collect payments and make change
• Promotes a positive team environment
• Performs light paperwork duties as assigned.
• Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Maintains a well-organized, stocked, safe and clean work environment.
• Promotes the rewards program as well as approved merchandise or marketing programs.
• Follows company policies as well as industry, sanitation and safe food handling procedures.
• Completes all other store tasks and activities assigned by Management
Prerequisites:
Education: Some high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: Prior cash handling experience preferred but not required.
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the store when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register.
Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Deli Clerk/Cashier
(part-time)
The Deli Clerk/Cashier greets customers, prepares product, maintains food safety and sanitation standards. Our Deli Clerk’s focus is to achieve a best in class customer experience that exceeds our customer’s expectations
time and time again.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting customers and preparing orders.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to customers accurately.
• Prepares food neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Replenishes items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of the deli to promote a clean image.
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, quality, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
• Operates Point of Sale system/cash register, scanner and credit card/debit card terminal accurately and efficiently.
• Performs basic math functions to collect payment and make change.

We are looking for Store Managers who enjoy working with the public and have a friendly, outgoing personality. Our Store Manager’s focus is to achieve a best in class customer experience that exceeds our customer’s expectations

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Provides a positive work environment to attract and maintain a quality employee base through selective hiring, proper training and coaching.
• Maximizes store profitability by increasing sales, controlling expenses, and controlling cash and inventory losses.
• Ensures excellent customer service is provided by all team members.
• Reviews sales, inventory and payroll, to measure productivity and store profitability and to determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement.
• Ensures team members follow safe food handling, sanitation and industry procedures as well as all company policies.
• Manages store layouts, and design product displays.
• Performs sales floor work such as greeting and assisting customers, cash handling and stocking shelves.
• Promotes the rewards program as well as approved merchandise or marketing programs.
• Maintains a well-organized, stocked, safe and clean work environment.
• Completes store paperwork, orders merchandise and creates work schedules.
• Completes all other tasks and activities assigned by management.
